1. Cancellation by Customer
More than 48 hours before check-in/activity date:
A partial refund will be provided after deducting administrative or service charges.Within 48 hours of check-in/activity date:
No refund will be issued. You may choose to reschedule your booking (subject to availability).No Show:
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date or time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation by Trip In Dandeli
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Extreme weather conditions
Natural calamities
Technical issues
Safety concerns
In such cases, we will offer you:
A full refund or
An option to reschedule your booking to a later date
3. Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If the payment was made via UPI or bank transfer, please provide your account details to process the refund.
4. Rescheduling Policy
You may request a reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for last-minute changes.
